We wanted to meet halfway between Morgan's hometown of Charlotte and John's hometown of Baltimore.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors with an indoor plan B in the event of rain/excessive heat.
What transportation options are available?
The Hilton Garden Inn Airport Hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport and the wedding venue.
We have also arranged for a shuttle to and from the wedding venue which will depart from the Omni at 4:45 pm on the day of the wedding.
Other options include Uber, Lyft, rental cars and taxis. The wedding venue also offers on site parking.
Will there be parking available?
There will be parking available on site at the ceremony/reception location.
What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?
The ceremony will start on time at 5:30 pm. Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early to allow enough time to be seated.
Are children invited to the wedding?
While we love your kids, our wedding is an adults-only event (with the exception of a couple helpers we've asked to be part of our ceremony!). Thank you for understanding.
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is formal. We suggest that men wear a suit in any color and women wear a formal floor or midi length dress. There will be brick walkways, so lower or block heels may be best!
Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to limited venue space, we will only be able to accommodate plus-ones listed on your wedding invitation.
